"Pyaari Jodi' plan by BSNL

               To increase the number of mobile,landline customers BSNL has recently announced the "pyaari jodi" offer with a free sim card given to landline connection.As per this offer,customers can make unlimited phone calls to this landline from their free sim.Calls can be made to two BSNL Local numbers at 20p/min and one BSNL national number @ 30p/min.Gopal Das,CMD,BSNL said,"No additional charges are needed for the facility".

               After the activation of the mobile number,customer will be given
Rs.15 talktime and 1000 local,1000 national sms free along with 1GB data card.

               At the launch of this newscheme,Sachin Pilot said"The aim of this plan was to check the decrease in the number of landline connections and also to increase it's customer base in the country".

               BSNL has also announced a new plan for 3G customers.With all new 3G activations,unlimited download for one week can be done,said Minister Gopal Das.Also,the price of 3G data cards has been slashed to Rs.2000 from Rs.2500.BSNL was able to get 25 lac new mobile connections in the month of October.
